As Lead Europe, IBM Design Education and Activation Gerhard works with IBM teams and with clients to help them understand, experience and leverage IBM Design Thinking to create innovative solutions with outstanding user experience. Lara Hanlon
Working as a Software Product Designer at IBM Design, Lara focuses on user experience and user interface design. Collaborating daily with a global team of designers and engineers, her goal is to deliver creative solutions for complex enterprise applications. Currently working on the IBM Security portfolio, Lara is also involved in educating global teams about design and regularly facilitates IBM Design Thinking workshops, both internally and externally.
