Josh Seiden is a designer, author, coach, and product leader with deep experience creating digital products and services.
Josh has long been involved in the Interaction Design community, starting with his work with Alan Cooper in the 90’s. He was an early volunteer with IxDA, participating in the creation of the organization, serving as a founding board member, and as president of the organization from 2007-2009.
He is the co-author of “Sense and Respond, How Successful Organizations Listen to Customers and Create New Products Continuously” forthcoming from Harvard Business Press. He is also co-author of “Lean UX: Applying Lean Principles to Improve User Experience,” available at http://www.leanuxbook.com.
